Order Processing & Payment

  • Payment Processing: Please allow up to 3 business days for your payment to fully process. Once confirmed, your order will immediately move into the production phase.

Pre-Orders

  • Extended Processing: For pre-orders, processing may require up to 7 business days. After production is completed, shipping may take up to 3 weeks. Please note that unforeseen delays can extend this timeframe.

Production Time

  • Made-to-Order: All orders are produced on demand and typically require 7 business days for production. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Domestic Shipping Options:
    • Standard: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days
    Note: Additional delays of up to 2 weeks may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

  • Real-Time Updates: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

International Orders

  • Global Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: Any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees incurred after shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Islands Breed Culture is not liable for these extra charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Support: If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at IBC@islandsbreedculture.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
